On Sunday, September 16, 2012, Chef Claud Beltran will hold the 6th Annual “Mumbo Gumbo Fest” with live entertainment and dancing at the Boston Court Theatre Backlot (70 North Mentor, Pasadena). Beltran, Chef of Noir Food and Wine will prepare pot-loads of his famous Louisiana gumbo and buckets of his mouth-watering seasoned shrimp. There will be three outstanding bands shredding out classic Americana styles of blues, jazz and folk music. Proceeds from the 6th Annual “Mumbo Gumbo Fest” benefit Rosemary Children’s Services.

“We are so excited to be part of Chef Claud Beltran’s Mumbo Gumbo Fest this year,” said Jennifer Radics, Director of Development for Rosemary Children’s Services. “All funds raised in this year’s event will go towards our bathroom remodel project at the Cottage, Rosemary Children’s Services oldest and largest group home for 19 teenage foster girls.”

With an exotic mix of Mexican and Lebanese heritage, Chef Beltran was exposed to various ethnic foods at an early age. After being mentored by Master Chef Thomas Keller for over three years, Chef Beltran’s passion, commitment to excellence, integrity, humor and a sense of adventure, makes Chef Beltran’s culinary dishes worth waiting for. Beltran is the Co-owner and Chef of Noir Food & Wine, Pasadena. In addition, he heads up Claud Beltran & Company Catering where he delights celebrity palates to creating memorable wedding events. Chef Beltran caters many events around Los Angeles to television segments, Chef Beltran “has pans will travel.”

Tickets for the 6th Annual “Mumbo Gumbo Fest” are $49.00 per person prepaid for all you can eat! Beer & Wine are $5.00/glass. Reserve a table for purpose of 10 tickets.
